An Afghan national from Baba Noor, Chhneh, was arrested.
The robbers named Mohsin and Jani used to give 14 to 15 mobile phones to the accused every day. 17 mobile phones, weapons and 200,000 rupees were recovered from the accused.
It was revealed that the accused bought expensive mobile phones for a few thousand and sold them in Balochistan, the accused revealed the entire network.

According to details, while acting on a tip-off from the Sohrab Goth police, an Afghan national who bought mobile phones stolen from the citizens of Karachi was caught. Police officials said that during the investigation, the accused revealed his entire network, the accused have revealed that they bought valuable mobile phones of citizens for a few thousand and sold them in Balochistan. According to police officials, 17 mobile phones, weapons and 200,000 cash were also recovered from the dashboard of the accused Juma Gul’s car during the operation. The accused used to buy mobile phones stolen from the citizens of Karachi. According to police officials, the robbers named Mohsin and Jani used to give 14 to 15 mobile phones to the accused every day. The accused used to buy them for 7 to 8 thousand per mobile and sell them to a person named Omar. The accused used to make a profit of 1,000 rupees on each stolen mobile phone. Omar used to sell the mobile phones purchased from the accused in Balochistan. The co-accused Omar is a resident of Balochistan Hub. Police officials said that according to the arrested Afghan national Juma Gul, he has been doing this work for 1 year. The accused was running a well-organized network along with his associates. The arrested accused will be remanded and further investigation will be conducted.
