Karachi (Staff Reporter) A sherbet vendor who sexually abused innocent children and girls in Qayyumabad was handed over to the police after being tortured by the locals. More than two hundred videos of children and girls were found in the USB found at the accused’s house. The police have registered four cases against the accused. According to the details, the sexual predator who was selling sherbet in the Qayyumabadi area of Defense was caught by the residents of the locality and tortured. On receiving this information, the police reached the spot and dispersed the angry people and took the accused Shabbir Ahmed into custody. A large number of residents of the area surrounded the Defense police station and demanded the strictest punishment against the accused. The residents of the area said that yesterday (K), the girl tried to sell the USB stick stolen from the house of the accused Shabbir. She went to a mobile phone and easy load shop and found a video of the abuse of children and girls in it. The girl immediately took the girl out of the USB camera and ran to her house, but the shopkeeper knew the girl and also the Sharbat seller. He immediately informed Khan and informed the residents of the area about this. The residents of the area were very angry and found the Sharbat seller, beat him up, and handed him over to the police. SHO Ghulam Nabi Afridi said that this USB contains videos of more than two hundred children and girls, including ten to twelve videos of rape of one boy and one girl each. According to the police, the accused has more or less raped more than a hundred children and girls of Qayyumabad in the last two to three years, of which there are videos. Most of the videos contain videos of the accused raping small girls. The ages of the affected children and girls are between six and 13 years. The police have registered four cases against the accused on the complaint of four affected families. In one case, the accused raped two sisters, 10 years old (K) and 12 years old (S), however, the police have started investigating the cases registered. According to the police, as information is received from the residents of the areas and those who are contacting the police, the police are registering cases against the accused Shabir on his complaint. While the police are contacting the parents of the affected children with the help of videos and advising them to register more cases so that the brutal accused gets the strictest punishment. According to the police, the accused Shabir is unmarried and has been living on rent in Qayyumabad for the last four to five years. During this time, he has also changed his house three to four times. The family of Lazm, who used to live there, is said to be from Hazara. Medical examinations of the affected girls are being conducted, while information is being obtained about the other girls through the videos found on the accused’s mobile phone and USB. A senior police officer said that the police will also check the bank account of the accused Shabbir to find out whether the accused earns money by uploading videos of minor boys and girls on porn websites. The police will also contact the FIA on this matter and seek its opinion, however, the police has started investigating from various angles.
