Senior officers are still waiting to get posts, junior officers are still in the posts of SPs, hearing on citizen's petition will be held in Sindh High Court today

The police failed to follow their own orders.

On one hand, an order to release junior officers from additional posts of SPs, on the other hand, the names of the said officers for security duty on Chehlum and August 14 are listed with their posts.

This case clearly indicates the distribution of positions in the Sindh Police, where everyone is "a bunch of scumbags", and despite the issuance of orders, officers are unable to leave their posts.

Will the higher authorities present the order to resign in court today or will the petitioner present the contingency plan for August 14 and Chehlum as evidence?

Sindh Police failed to follow its own orders, junior officers are still holding the positions of SPs, a hearing will be held in the Sindh High Court today on the citizen's petition. According to details, senior officers in Sindh Police are busy in getting posts and junior officers are busy enjoying big posts. When a citizen knocked on the door of the court against the ongoing distribution of posts in Sindh Police, orders were issued to grade 17 DSPs and ASPs sitting on the posts of SPs to leave their posts, but the orders could not be implemented and the said junior officers are still holding the additional charge of SPs. On the one hand, an order was issued to junior officers to leave the additional posts of SPs, on the other hand, a few days later, the names of the said officers were listed with the posts for the security duty of Chehlum and August 14. This matter clearly indicates the ongoing distribution of posts in Sindh Police that everything is "a scam". A citizen had filed a petition in the High Court against the 14 SPs of Karachi who were posted on OPS, which will be heard today. Now it is to be seen whether the higher authorities will present the order in the court to leave the posts of the junior officers. Will the petitioner present the duty plan issued by the police for the security duty of Chehlum and August 14, in which the names of the officers along with their posts are listed? It should be noted that the Chief Secretary, IG Sindh, and Karachi Police Chief, along with 114 Canning SPs, were also made parties in this petition and despite the presence of senior officers, several questions were raised in the petition on assigning additional charge to juniors, after which the Sindh High Court issued a notice to the Home Secretary and sought a detailed reply. However, on July 23, orders were issued to withdraw the additional charge of the post of SPs from 12 DSPs. The officers included Ahmed Iqbal Memon, Syed Zulfiqar Haider Jafri, Majida Parveen Halipoto, Masroor Ahmed Jatoi, Muhammad Safdar, Syed Qaiser Ali Shah Muhammad Nawaz, Abdul Khaliq Wagan, Faiza Sodhar and Zain Raza Baloch, along with 12 DSPs and SPs. The above list includes DSP Firozabad Umair Tariq Bajari. The name was not included. However, during the hearing of the matter in the Sindh High Court on August 18, representatives from the Sindh Police and the Home Department appeared, over which the court expressed its displeasure. Now it remains to be seen what will happen in today's hearing.
