Karachi (Staff Reporter) The Sessions Court has ordered the inclusion of anti-terrorism provisions in two cases against Liaquat Mehsud in the case of the death of a citizen by a dumper. According to the details, the Sessions Court of Karachi heard the case of the death of citizen Shahzeb in the Garden after being hit by a dumper. On the court order, SP Saath issued instructions to the investigation officer, in which anti-terrorism provisions were included in two cases against the accused Liaquat Mehsud. On the court order, SP South directed the investigation officer to include ATA and attempt to murder provisions in the cases registered against the accused Liaquat Mehsud and submit a report under Section 173. In the previous hearing, the court had rejected the interim bail of the accused and declared that there was evidence of firing by the accused and spreading fear and panic in the area. Police said that citizen Shahzeb was killed after being hit by a dumper in the garden. After the incident, the accused's guard also opened fire on residents of the area, based on which the court ordered the inclusion of terrorism provisions in the case.
